Report for Q1 2020 (before the Coronavirus crisis)
Despite the Coronavirus crisis and the effect it will have on the markets worldwide I would like to share with you the analysis of the house prices on the coast of Montenegro for Q1 2020.
This should help us:
- Measure and compare the oscillations of the housing market before and after the Corona pandemic.
- Find out which areas and types of properties are more immune to crisis so we can invest more smartly in the future.
- Spot in time the market recovering symptoms (rebalancing between supply and demand).
