The apartment is quiet, on the side, on green areas and a small stream. The complex was built in 2008/2009. It includes a swimming pool with sun loungers, and additional seating is available outside. The beach promenade can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, the shops are even closer.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a kitchenette, which is separated by a counter that serves as a dining area, two bedrooms (one is used as a study a study), a bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilet (both bathrooms are with windows). The large balcony, accessible from the living room and study, has a sea view. The floor is tiled throughout.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker (4 plates), oven with circulating air and a large refrigerator/freezer from Samsung (particularly quiet, approx. 2 years old) and upper and lower cabinets.
The apartment is furnished and well equipped with air conditioning and for colder days with radiators. There is a washing machine in the guest toilet. The balcony has an awning, all larger windows have external blinds and internal blinds and/or curtains. The owners used the apartment all year round and provided adequate closet space. The armchair and sofa in the living room can be converted into guest beds.
The apartment was partially renovated and newly furnished in 2022 and 2023. An infrared heater was also installed in the bathroom.
Very good location both for living and rentals. There is property management on site to take care of the maintenance and cleaning of the complex and, if necessary, also takes care of the apartments, including rental services. The yearly fee is 1000€.
