Location: The village of Ivanovići is situated on a hillside in Bečići where sea and mountain air blend. The area is peaceful even during the tourist season,but at the same time it takes only a 5 minute drive to get to the closest beach and 10 minute drive to get to the center of Budva.

Sauna: A separate building near the pool, featuring a relaxation area, bathroom, and steam room. The electric sauna has an auto-evaporator oven that automatically maintains the desired humidity and temperature. Himalayan salt plates are installed inside the steam room. A massage chair in the anteroom helps with relaxation and recovery.
Pool: Next to the sauna, the pool has a volume of 60 cubic meters, a depth ranging from 1.5 m to 1.9 m, with a counter-current, Jacuzzi area, and waterfall. The heated pool can be used year-round.
Additional Features: The owner has ensured that the sea view is unobstructed by purchasing the plot in front of the complex. A house has already been built there, with a roof which is level with the road. The roof serves as spacious parking for the complex (8-10 cars) and is included in the sale.
