This 6 level hotel is located in Stoliv. It is situated on the first line. There is a restaurant with kitchen and a store-room on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a reception, a hall, 6 rooms, in four of them there are jacuzzis located on an open terrace. On the second and third floors there are seven apartments. The forth floor comprises six rooms and an art-gallery. The upper floor provides a pool, a terrace with a magnificent view of Perast and Kotor Bay, moreover there are some rooms for the staff. Castello di Boka is a diamond in Kotor Bay, where many famous artists from Russia and Ukraine have spent their holydays , leaving outstanding pictures in donation, with superb Montenegrian landscapes.
Hotel has 1630 m2 and plot 1000 m2. It is possible to build additional 10-12 bungalow for 30-40 people on the plot. Also hotel has own jetty and 2 small beaches.
